Valley of Fire State Park "Rocks"

The last week of our trip has been quite amazing. After our very eventful stay in Bakersfield we headed to Las Vegas very briefly
Now that is what I call RVing, this is called a fifth wheel, an RV the attaches to the middle of your pickup bed. Can you see the fenced in doggy play area? Oh my!! We need a bigger rig!
This speaks for itself. . . .I wonder if they like Cuban Music too? (In the Vegas RV park)
We then spent a night at Valley of Fire State Park. Our first stop in Red Rock Country. This spectacular park is about 40 miles north of Las Vegas and totally worth a visit
Hiking in the heart of the park behind the White Dome
Nice Campsite !
The Park is full of spectacular rock art. These are petroglyphs: rock art that is pecked and carved into  the rocks. This rock art is probably 2000 years old or more, most likely created by the Gypsum people.
